Our story

Where it began

We met on a dive trip off the Kona coast, two strangers buddied up by a smiling dive master and a single spare regulator. Forty feet down, drifting past a green sea turtle in a column of sunlit blue, we caught each other's eyes and just knew. Every adventure since has felt like coming up for air together, so we're returning to the water that started it all to say I do.

Questions & Answers

How do we get to Maui?
Fly into Kahului (OGG); most major airlines connect through the West Coast. Hale Mana Beach is about 40 minutes south in Wailea — we'd rent a car, as taxis and rideshares are scarce. Aim to arrive a day or two early to settle into island time.
What should we wear?
Beach formal — light linens and flowing silhouettes in the colors of the sea. We'll be on soft sand all evening, so leave the stilettos at the resort: sandals, wedges, or simply bare feet are perfect.
Can we bring our children or a plus-one?
Your invitation notes how many seats are reserved for you — please RSVP for your whole party. Little ones who've travelled this far are warmly welcome at the ceremony and dinner on the sand.
What will the weather be like?
Warm and breezy — daytime highs in the low 80s°F, cooling pleasantly after the sun sets. We'll begin at 5:00 to catch golden hour, so bring a light wrap for the trade winds once the stars come out.
Is there a dinner after the ceremony?
Yes — sunset cocktails in the cove, then dinner at long tables right on the sand under the stars. See our coastal feast above, and tell us about any dietary needs when you RSVP.
